The Simon (hotel room) at $178 per night not including taxes or parking

- Simon Double Queen
- Edit the nights to stay, if needed
- Select the room from the list at the left
- Click the blue ADD TO CART button

** Residence and Housing Guest Accommodations main office is located on the 2000 level of the Phase 2 / Courtyard Residence which is near the entrance of the West Mall Parkade.
Cancellations: 48 hours notice prior to check-in date subject to one nights charge.
No Show: Guests who do not arrive for their booking without providing notice in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above will be charged for a one-night penalty.
All SFU Guest Accommodations policy information
Here are some highlighted reminders:
Housekeeping Service: Guests staying less than a month will receive daily housekeeping service. Guests staying for a month or more will receive daily touch-up cleaning and full service clean every Monday.
Air Conditioning: Guest Accommodations spaces are not equipped with air conditioning units. During warmer seasons we advise keeping windows and blinds closed to help keep temperatures in your room down. Small fans are available at the Front Desk to be rented.
Construction: SFU Residence is growing: there is ongoing construction occurring at, in or near all residence buildings. Prudent construction practices are followed but there will be noise, dust and temporary service interruptions while you are staying with us. Construction activity will follow city of Burnaby Noise By Laws that allow for construction activity between 7:00am and 8:00pm M-F and between 9:00am and 8:00pm on Saturdays. The ongoing construction has been taken in account in determining our rates. No refunds will be provided as a result of construction-related concerns, issues or disruptions. Registered Service Animals and Pets:Pets are not permitted, with the exception of Registered Service Animals. Please notify our office directly if you are travelling with your registered service animal. A copy of your service animal’s government issued Guide Dog and Service Dog Certificate is required prior to arrival. For further information visit BC Rights of Certified Dog & Handler Teams website.
Smoking: Simon Fraser University is dedicated to promoting healthy campuses. If an ozone treatment is required to remove smoke odour of any kind after a guest’s stay, there will be a $300.00 charge to the guest’s account. The full policy can be found on our website.
Open Flame: Devices that produce an open flame are prohibited – including barbecues, candles, and campfires.
