About<\/strong>
At RMMBC we complement our in-person clinics with a series of online clinics presented in the run up to the in-person meet. Our online clinics allow us to feature presenters from around the world that would otherwise be unable to attend in-person.

Because one of missions of RMMBC is to encourage connections between modellers, we do NOT record our online clinics. We encourage you to attend and to participate in the online discussion in “real time”.

When<\/strong>
The RMMBC Online Kickoff typically takes place in two evening sessions during the weeks in May prior to the in-person meet.

Dates for 2026 are: Thursday evening (Pacific time), April 30 and May 14th<\/strong>
(Refer to the meet schedule for details).

How to Participate<\/strong>
Registration for the Online Kickoff is part of the meet registration process. There is no charge for attending Virtual Prologue sessions but you must be registered in order to receive Zoom details.

Would You Like to Present a Clinic?<\/strong>
We are always soliciting new clinics and presenters. In the past, some of our most well-received clinics have been part of our Online Kickoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our online clinics are in the form of Powerpoint presentations and are 45 minutes in length allowing time for questions. Experience shows that Zoom can support limited segments of imbedded video but you may want to avoid that complication.

If you are willing to consider presenting some of your recent modelling experience, please contact our Clinic Coordinator for information. Our clinics team will provide all Zoom support and can assist in the production of Powerpoint slides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
